Successful Danish mortgage lender, Totalkredit had ambitious plans for growth. Yet with trust in banks at an all-time low, marketing within the financial sector is extremely challenging. Totalkredit called upon Greenspace to develop a strategy for the brand.
Greenspace led a cross-functional team through a 5-Step Brand Development Process. From identifying relevant issues and uncovering essential customer insights – to defining the key challenge for the brand to be effective – and ultimately developing a unique Brand Driving Idea for Totalkredit.
The new Brand Driving Idea captures what ‘home’ truly represents in people’s lives, enabling Totalkredit to speak not just about their product offer, but what is made possible by their products – homes, peace of mind, and a sense of security, at every stage of life.
Greenspace then developed a series of brand activation concepts, demonstrating how the new strategy could come to life across Totalkredit’s partner network.
